How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free of charge anywhere in South Africa.
Delivery terms may vary for locations outside predefined delivery areas.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
You can also view your order status by clicking “View Order Status” in the email or by logging into your account.
How long will delivery take after I place my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment has reflected.
Delivery takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.
During peak seasons or sale periods, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary for locations outside predefined delivery areas.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the Republic of South Africa only.
International shipping is not available.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Which courier will deliver my order?
All deliveries are handled by Dawn Wing or RAM Couriers.
